Conditions we support

You were not meant to run on emergency power forever.

You were not meant to run on emergency power forever.

Burnout can look like exhaustion, irritability, numbness, mistakes, withdrawal, or feeling trapped by responsibilities you once managed. BAC helps you reduce the load, restore capacity, and address the mental health effects of prolonged stress.

1

Stabilize your capacity

Identify what is urgent, what can wait, and what support can reduce immediate strain.

2

Change the stress cycle

Work with boundaries, beliefs, nervous-system activation, workplace dynamics, and recovery routines.

3

Screen for more

Assess whether anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sleep disruption, or another concern is also present.

Recognizing Stress & Burnout

Burnout often looks functional until the margin is gone.

01

Rest no longer seems to restore your energy

02

You feel cynical, detached, or unusually irritable

03

Concentration and follow-through are slipping under constant pressure

04

You keep functioning for others while feeling close to empty inside

Still functioning, but running on fumes?

Burnout often hides behind competence. You do not have to collapse before taking the strain seriously.

Look at the whole pattern

Burnout is what happens when demand keeps outrunning recovery.

We look at workload, caregiving, identity, boundaries, sleep, resentment, and the pressure to remain dependable when your capacity is already spent.

Recover usable capacity

1

Stop the hidden overtime

Name the mental, emotional, and practical work that continues long after the visible task ends.

2

Protect one boundary

Choose a limit around time, access, responsibility, or recovery that can be practiced this week.

3

Restore usable energy

Build recovery that matches the kind of depletion you are carrying instead of relying on distraction alone.

There is a path forward

Recovery starts with boundaries, rest, and sustainable change.

Questions we hear often

When rest is not fixing the exhaustion.

Clear answers can make the first step feel more manageable.

How is burnout different from depression?+

They can overlap. Burnout is often tied to prolonged demands, while depression can affect every area of life. A thoughtful assessment helps clarify what support fits.

What if I cannot change my job or responsibilities?+

Care can still help you identify available choices, strengthen boundaries, reduce physiological stress, and build support around constraints that cannot change immediately.

Can medication help burnout?+

Medication does not remove an unsustainable environment, but it may be considered when a treatable mental health condition is also present. Recommendations follow an individual evaluation.

You are allowed to need more than a weekend off.

Start with the responsibility or pressure that never seems to switch off.
